START HERE! I have worked with gyms around the world. Bringing added value to gyms by building supplement activities to diversify and engage their members. Check out a few of programs we have built below.
BRINGING VALUE TO GYMS AROUND THE WORLD
RUNNING PROGRAMS: I teamed up with Monolitten CrossFit located in Oslo, Norway to develop a 12 week Summer Running Program. 6 weeks of online programming. Then 6 weeks of in person Running Strength classes, Intervals and Long Runs. All geared towards finishing a local trail race.
HIKING ADVENTURES: I teamed up with Feast Fitness out of Chicago and we brought members out to the Salmon River Mountains in Idaho and led them through 3 days of guided day hikes. They followed an 8 week supplemental program to get them ready for the mountain hikes. I planned welcome parties for their arrivals, made reservations at local restaurants and a closure bbq at the end.
SKI PREP-TRAIL PREP CLASSES: Held once a week, these specialty classes were offered to give members or potential new members to get a little more specific training for either an upcoming ski season or an upcoming trail running/biking season. These classes range from 60-90 minutes
