Your summer just got leveled up!
Sure you got the movements for Hyrox down but how is your running? Or you have always wanted to run a bit further, but never quite knew how to do it? Maybe you have decided that this is the year to tackle your first trail race but don’t know where to start.
We are happy to launch the Summer Running Program here at Monolitten CrossFit. This is a 12 week running program that leads to the finish line of Nordmarkstavern but can be used for any race/distance around that time (Oslo Hyrox is Sept 26-28). Participants will start with 6 weeks of online running programming. Their programming will be custom tailored to their specific distance that they are running at Nordmarkstavern* (7k, 15k, 30k, 60k). We will also have a Facebook group for all those taking part in the program, where we can discuss, be held accountable and motivate each other. After the 6 weeks of online programming you will transition into the in-person training with Coach Ryan to the lead up of the race. Each week, for six weeks he will personally lead a Running Strength session, an interval session and a long run. He will be on hand to give you racing and fueling tips as well as be available for any questions you may have. Every participant gets a running hoodie so we can represent our community at Nordmarkstavern and beyond.
There are two options on how to sign up.
Option 1: Pay now kr. 2,670 then the remaining kr. 2,670 paid by June 15th (Total price is kr. 5,340 - 12 weeks @ kr. 449.50).
Option 2: Pay in full now and get a 12% discount by paying kr. 4,740 which is 12 weeks @ kr. 395. Last day for Option 2 is Friday May 15.
*Nordmarkstavern entry fee is not included in cost.
